Job Title: D365 Technical Consultant – Power Platform & Integration (Hybrid – Gurgaon) Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid Work Model) Experience: 5–8 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Power Platform, online banking integration, and ECM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a new D365 instance, integrating it with the existing RBSI CRM, and developing Power Pages (Portals) to enhance customer engagement. You will also handle secure authentication via banking platforms and data exchange with back-office and IBBA systems. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure a new Dynamics 365 instance to integrate with the existing RBSI CRM . Design and develop Power Pages (Portals) to provide secure customer access and interaction. Implement authentication mechanisms via online/mobile banking within the D365 portal. Integrate Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems for secure document handling. Ensure seamless data synchronization between D365 and core systems such as back-office applications and IBBA . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and infrastructure. Troubleshoot issues and ensure performance optimization of integrated systems. Document design, architecture, and processes as per project standards. Required Skills & Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . Strong experience in Power Platform – especially Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) . Good understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, OData). Experience with banking authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, or custom secure mechanisms). Experience with document management systems/ECM integration. Proficient in Dataverse , Power Automate , and custom connectors. Working knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus). Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in D365, Power Platform, or Azure. Experience in BFSI domain projects is a plus. Understanding of IBBA and back-office system workflows. Work Environment: Hybrid model – 2–3 days per week onsite at Gurgaon office. Collaborative team with flexible work policies.
