Job Description

We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain conversational bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA, including topics, variables, and actions
Implement basic integrations using APIs, custom connectors, or Azure services under guidance
Configure AI Builder, generative AI features, and plugin-based actions inside Copilot Studio
Work with senior developers to enhance bot quality, test flows, and optimize conversation paths
Monitor bot performance using analytics dashboards, user satisfaction metrics, and transcription logs
Assist in documentation, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions and chatbots

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of total work experience required
1+ years hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA
Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Basic understanding of Azure services such as Functions, API Management, or Logic Apps (preferred)
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and connectors for system integration
Advantage: Exposure to Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialog concepts, or LLM-based conversational AI
Good debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to work in an agile team and collaborate with business users and architects
