Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Azure Developer with proven experience in product development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging Microsoft Azure services, with a strong focus on Microsoft Purview and Synapse Analytics, to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data solutions within a product-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Azure-based solutions and features for our product suite, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Utilize Microsoft Purview to implement data governance, cataloging, and compliance frameworks within the product architecture.
• Develop and optimize data integration, warehousing, and analytical pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and robust Azure implementations.
• Optimize application and data processing performance for cost-efficiency and speed.
• Implement and adhere to security best practices and data management standards within the Azure environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, data flows, and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Azure Developer, specifically in building and enhancing commercial products or SaaS applications.
• Hands-on development expertise with 

  Microsoft Purview

   and 

  Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Strong proficiency with core Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and product development life cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a cloud-based product environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of implementing security controls via Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC).
