Job Description

As a Microsoft Alliance Operations Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in providing ongoing operations enablement for EY's Microsoft Alliance within the broader global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. Your responsibilities will include: - Program managing various initiatives related to processes and tools provided by the Microsoft Alliance, such as administration and maintenance of partner tools, portals, access request tracking, certifications tracking, and competency tracking. - Supporting internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by developing content and managing logistics, as well as facilitating meetings between EY leadership and Microsoft points of contact. - Providing financial insights to Microsoft Alliance leadership through effective dashboard reporting, including customized revenue, sales, and pipeline visualizations, trend analysis, and identifying business insights. - Collaborating with the Alliances & Ecosystem Center Investment Team to coordinate information and activities related to Market Development Funds, track compliance, and facilitate quarterly reviews. - Partnering with onshore Microsoft Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects, tracking localisation of Global Agreements, and facilitating custom training sessions. - Managing stakeholder expectations, plans, and communication effectively. Skills and attributes required for this role include: - Sales and pipeline exposure - Technology aptitude and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in number crunching and data presentation - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong customer service orientation - Initiative-taking work ethic Qualifications necessary for this role: - Proficient understanding of Microsoft's partner programs execution at EY - Experience working for global system integrators or Big Four firms with exposure to complex partner programs - Ability to contribute to operationalizing partner program requirements, processes, reporting, and compliance - Strong skills in engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders - Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience with virtual working across multiple geographies, continuous process improvement, and automation initiatives. Technologies and Tools: - Excellent with MS Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of Power Bi would be an added advantage - Good project management skills To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce, a postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA in Business or Finance, and at least 9 years of experience working in relevant technology and professional services environments.
