Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SharePoint Online migrations from on-premises and third-party platforms.
• Design and build scalable solutions using

  Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  .
• Architect and develop applications using

  Microsoft Dataverse

  , including custom connectors.
• Configure and customize

  Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

  modules.
• Develop and integrate

  Microsoft Teams applications

  using SPFx, Adaptive Cards, and Azure services.
• Support CRM modernization initiatives and system integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture artifacts.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience across

  Microsoft 365

  technologies.
• Proven expertise in

  SharePoint Online

  and migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, SPMT).
• Experience building

  Canvas and Model-Driven Apps

  , workflows, and dashboards using Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of

  Dataverse

  , data modeling, and integrations.
• Experience with

  Dynamics 365 CE / CRM

  configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience in

  Microsoft Teams development

  (tabs, bots, messaging extensions).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and administration.
• Coding experience with

  Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar

  .
• Exposure to

  ALM and DevOps practices

  for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
• Experience with

  Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management

  , or related Azure services.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and third-party APIs.
• Experience working in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.
