Job Summary:

Microsoft Office 365 Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools:
Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive
, and
SharePoint
.
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control via
Entra ID (Azure AD)
.
Serve as an escalation point for resolving M365-related incidents and technical issues.
Monitor service health dashboards and conduct regular system audits.
Automate routine admin tasks using
PowerShell
scripts.
Enforce security configurations, including
MFA, compliance
, and
email security policies
.
Handle Microsoft 365 licensing, reports, and service optimization.

Required Qualifications:

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting
for M365 automation and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of
Exchange Online

Teams
,
OneDrive
, and
Azure Active Directory
.
Familiarity with compliance, security features, and Microsoft licensing models.
