You will be maintaining the M365 landscape for the company and its clients. A key part of your work will be ensuring the smooth operation of Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, etc.) and Azure environments. We're looking for someone with a strong technical background and proven expertise in the administration and management of M365, Entra, Defender, Intune, and Azure, with experience in ensuring compliance and security using tools such as Purview. Key Responsibilities: Implement, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365 apps, Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Azure Virtual Desktop Administer and manage Entra ID, including single sign-on (SSO) and Conditional Access Policies Administer and manage Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams environments Automate M365 administrative tasks using tools such as PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform Manage Azure infrastructure, including security and basic networking/firewall configurations Incident, Problem & Change Management Pick up and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner Work directly with colleagues to diagnose and fix issues Feed into wider problem and change management processes to improve stability and service delivery Maintain formal and informal technical and non-technical documentation accurately Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions Work collaboratively to optimise and improve infrastructure performance and security Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in infrastructure management and information technology security Required Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Microsoft 365 at a 2nd /3rd level role Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender Hands-on with Intune and modern device management. Proven experience in the management and administration of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams Strong background in incident resolution and contributing to problem and change management Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Azure firewall management Knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring tools and security processes Excellent communication skills with conversational/good English. Location (On-site Requirements): Vadodara Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day support of Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central system issues Analyzing/troubleshooting system issues Supporting roll-out of new enhancements - monitoring UAT, providing ad hoc user training Involved in system process improvement projects, supporting new releases Troubleshooting issues with 3rd party apps. Execute upgrade projects from older NAV versions to newer versions or Business Central. Providing exceptional customer service Maintain technical and support documentation for processes, customizations, and integrations. Assist in data migration, performance optimization, and system testing. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2013 and higher versions) /Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
