Job Description

  • The role will involve playing a key part in the day-to-day support of Business Central and NAV implementations, collaborating in a small team with great professional development prospects. If you have experience supporting D365 Business Central from either the end-user or partner perspective and are looking to build on your experience with in-depth knowledge of business-critical processes and functions, along with exposure to functional consultancy on new projects, this could be the role for you.

Location (On-site Requirements):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support of Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central system issues
  • Analyzing/troubleshooting system issues
  • Supporting roll-out of new enhancements - monitoring UAT, providing ad hoc user training
  • Involved in system process improvement projects, supporting new releases
  • Troubleshooting issues with 3rd party apps. Execute upgrade projects from older NAV versions to newer versions or Business Central.
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain technical and support documentation for processes, customizations, and integrations.
  • Assist in data migration, performance optimization, and system testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2013 and higher versions) /Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV systems
  • Strengths in troubleshooting system issues, analysing requirements, and training on new functionality
  • Experience supporting the finance and operations module of Dynamics 365 BC/ NAV
  • Expertise in third-party integrated apps such as Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, etc
  • Experience in report writing; in-built and Excel-based
  • Excellent communication skills with conversational/good English.
  • Flexibility to work in the UK/EU time zone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
  • Degree-level education
