Microfinance HR Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates, managing relationships, and utilising various recruitment tools. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for human resources and a knack for building connections.

Duties

• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications and track progress.
• Engage with candidates through effective communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Leverage social media management skills to promote job openings and attract talent through platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop strategies for sourcing candidates and improving overall recruitment efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for managing candidate interactions is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship management abilities to foster connections with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Knowledge of social media management strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
