Job Summary:

MICE Sales Manager / Senior Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets.
  • Generate new business leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients from corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end MICE proposals – from inquiry, pitching, costing, and presentation to final closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, contracting, and finance to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and vendors, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to create new MICE opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and expand reach.

Maintain detailed MIS and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
