The ideal candidate will have strong experience in acquiring and managing corporate MICE business, end-to-end event coordination, and client servicing. Key Responsibilities  Identify and generate MICE business from corporate clients  Plan and execute domestic and international MICE programs  Create customized proposals and pitch to clients  Negotiate with vendors, hotels, and service providers  Coordinate all logistics – travel, accommodation, venues, and event needs  Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business  Work closely with operations for seamless execution Requirements  7–10 years of proven MICE sales experience in Tours and Travel  Strong corporate network and vendor management skills  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities  Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines  Graduate in any discipline Show more Show less
