Job Title: Sales Manager – MICE (Corporate Sales, Travel Group Bookings) Location: [Delhi/NCR] Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Event Management Experience: 4–10 years Salary: 3-10 Lac Per Annum Employment Type: Full-time // Part Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – MICE to drive corporate sales and travel group bookings. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for domestic and international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) travel. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential corporate clients for MICE business Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients Create customized travel proposals for corporate events and group bookings Coordinate with internal operations and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE or corporate sales (preferably in travel/hospitality) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong client network in the corporate segment Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure Willingness to travel (if required)
