This role is responsible for the designing, development, and implementation of all stages in the Data & Analytics (D&A) solution development life cycle. This role works with business/IT stake holders to create cutting-edge D&A solutions. This role is expected to have general expertise in each layer of the Analytical solution development process. This role manages a team of D&A resources and provide guidance to the team members in design and development of D&A solutions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manager role is expected to have 10 plus years of total experience in D&A technical solution development with minimum 2 years of People Management experience.
Works with business stakeholders to identify business problems, opportunities and/or initiatives for which analytics models may provide insights that can contribute to or drive the development of an approach or solution
Conceptualizes designs and develops data management solutions in addressing complex business problems using industry best practice data engineering techniques. Translates data into information and insights with clear scenario analysis and business impact and execution plan to drive impact Conducts data analysis and designs and develops moderately complex analytic algorithms
Models and frames business scenarios that are meaningful and which impacts critical business processes and/or decisions
Collaborates with subject matter experts to select relevant sources of information, translates business requirements into semantic access, conceptual, logical and/or physical data models
Executes data profiling and preventative procedures to improve data quality; uses technology to extract and analyze raw data Works to develop the specifications of customer and user specific reports including network exclusions, special circumstances, and custom data elements Identifies complex areas to solve new technical problems and provides innovative technical solutions within data management platform
When assigned, analyzes data platform to identify areas of improvement and provides innovative technical solutions to optimize and improve performance.
People Management

Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, managing workloads, and ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles successfully.
Policy Adherence: Ensuring that team members comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Performance Improvement:
Should have strong knowledge and experience of performance management.
Developing action plans for underperforming team members, providing coaching and support to help them improve their performance.
Should have expertise in Project Management and delivered Software Development project and handled cross functional teams.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Data Analytics Certifications
Data Management/Engineering Certifications in MS Azure, Databricks etc.
Any BI Tool (PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.) Certifications
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Total 10+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or data engineering/data management using cloud/on prem technologies such as MS Azure, (Databricks, Synapse, ADF, Logic Apps), MS SQL (SSIS, SSRS).
