Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for MFI (Micro Finance) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement micro finance strategies to promote financial inclusion and access to credit.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver financial products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and financial institutions.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of micro finance programs on poverty reduction and economic development.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with micro finance operations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of micro finance principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders and financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
