Department:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update

  work instructions, routings, and process documentation

  for structural and systems assembly.
• Analyze engineering drawings and models (2D/3D) to assess manufacturability and provide input for

  Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

  .
• Define assembly sequences, identify required tools and fixtures, and coordinate with tooling teams for development.
• Manage industrialization activities related to new aircraft programs or changes (ECRs/CRs).
• Investigate and resolve non-conformities in collaboration with MRB, quality, and engineering teams by issuing rework instructions.
• Support

  First Article Inspection (FAI)

  and ensure documentation complies with AS9102 standards.
• Maintain data and documentation in systems such as

  CATIA V5/V6

  ,

  SAP

  ,

  Enovia

  , and MES platforms.
• Participate in

  Lean initiatives

  , including line balancing, takt time improvements, and standard work development.
• Provide day-to-day support to production teams, acting as a technical reference on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering

  or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in a Methods or Manufacturing Engineering role, preferably in the

  aerospace sector

  .
• Proficiency in

  CATIA V5/V6

  ,

  SAP

  , and

  PLM systems

  (e.g., Enovia).
• Strong knowledge of

  aircraft structural assembly

  , system installation, and production processes.
• Experience with aerospace quality systems and standards, including

  FAI, AS9100

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with

  Lean Manufacturing

  and continuous improvement principles.
