Job Role : Metallurgy Engineer Location : Jagdalpur , Chhattisgarh Job Type : Full Time Salary : 30000 to 37000 Per Month Experience : Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or research setting. Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering , Materials Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Strong knowledge of metals, alloys, heat treatment, corrosion, and failure analysis. Familiarity with metallurgical testing equipment and techniques. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and material specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate the properties and performance of metals and alloys. Design and implement heat treatment and metal forming processes. Investigate material failures and develop solutions to improve reliability and performance. Provide technical support in material selection for new product development. Conduct quality assurance tests, such as tensile, hardness, and fatigue testing. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams. Develop and maintain metallurgical standards, specifications, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and product performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and safety regulations.
