Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies across Meta platforms to achieve client goals (awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.).

• Campaign Management:

Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on farecompare, Fareleader, Skyscanner,Kayak, Wego andMomomdo, CheapFlight

• Client Consultation:

Act as the strategic advisor for clients or business units, translating business goals into actionable digital plans.Track campaign performance using Meta analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned with platform best practices and campaign goals.Keep up with the latest changes and best practices on Meta platforms and industry trends to ensure competitive strategies.Provide guidance and training to clients or internal teams on Meta’s tools, policies, and optimization techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta platforms.
• Proficient in farecompare, Fareleader, Skyscanner,Kayak, Wego andMomomdo, CheapFlight, Meta Pixel, and Business Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Meta Certified (e.g., Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with broader paid media channels (Google Ads, farecompare, Fareleader, Skyscanner, Kayak, Wego andMomomdo, CheapFlight).
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience in eCommerce or app marketing.
• Fluency in [other languages] if serving multi-regional clients.
