Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and manage Meta ads campaigns tailored for the healthcare industry, focusing on IVF, aesthetics, and related medical services. - Craft compelling ad copy and conceptualize creative ad formats, including video ads, tailored to the healthcare market. - Write and refine scripts for video ads to effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of healthcare services. - Work closely with web developers to optimize landing pages used with Meta ads to enhance conversion rates. - Monitor and optimize ads for better ROI, focusing on metrics like cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. - Regularly update clients on campaign performance, strategize on improvements, and manage brand and remarketing campaigns. - Utilize analytics tools to track ad performance, make data-driven decisions, and assist in client onboarding. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Meta ads management, preferably with direct experience in the healthcare sector, especially IVF and aesthetics. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. - Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, CRM software, and analytics platforms. - Strong creative thinking ability for ad conceptualization and video storytelling. - Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and collaborating with team members.
