Meta Ads Manager

As a skilled Meta Ads Manager joining our team on-site in Indore on 2nd January 2026, your role involves planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting audience research and building high-converting targeting strategies - Monitoring daily ad performance and optimizing for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions - Creating compelling ad copies and collaborating with the design team for creatives - Performing A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives - Analyzing data, generating insights, and preparing performance reports - Staying updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices To excel in this role, you need proven experience as a Meta Ads Manager/Performance Marketer, a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking, experience in managing budgets and scaling profitable campaigns, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, the ability to work on-site in Indore, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
