Our services cater to a wide range of travel needs, ensuring quality and personalized experiences for travelers.🎓Role: Meta Ads Executive📍Location: KochiWho we are looking for:We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Meta Ads , audience targeting, and performance analytics to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:• Planning, creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.• Implementing effective campaigning strategies best suited for the goals of the business.• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA)• Build audience segments, create retargeting flows, and manage funnel-based ads• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and ensure accurate tracking• Prepare and share detailed performance reports with key insightsRequirements:• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management• Must know how to run and implement campaigns using social media ads• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget optimization• Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar credentials will be add on advantage• Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.What we offer:• Hands-on experience building a startup from the ground up• A voice in shaping company direction• A passionate, driven team – not just a paycheck -driven workforce• Career growth and leadership opportunities• A dynamic and collaborative work cultureWe are searching for self-starters, creators, and leaders eager to build something transformative-with the potential to grow into leadership roles as we scale.
