Job Description

Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist Are you fluent in Meta’s evolving ad ecosystem and passionate about performance-driven digital marketing? We’re on the lookout for a Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist who knows their way around Meta Business Suite , Meta Pixel , Meta Events Manager , and Meta App Integrations - and can translate strategy into real results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. Manage campaign strategy, targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing for brand and performance marketing. Set up and manage Meta Pixel , ensuring proper event tracking and conversion optimisation across websites and landing pages. Work with development teams to handle Meta App Install Campaigns and integrate events using Meta SDK and App Events API . Analyse campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and Events Manager , and translate insights into actionable strategy. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, ad policies , and new advertising formats. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad assets align with campaign goals and best practices. Report regularly on KPIs, ROAS, and engagement, with insights for ongoing optimisation. Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Proficiency in Meta Pixel , Meta Events Manager , and Meta App Integration tools . Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation , and retargeting strategies. Experience with campaign attribution models , UTM tracking , and performance reporting. Comfortable using Google Analytics , Tag Manager , or third-party analytics platforms. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and brand leads. Clear communication and reporting skills - must be able to break down technical jargon into human language. Preferred But Not Mandatory: Meta Certified (Media Buying/Planning or Marketing Developer credentials). Experience with e-commerce , D2C , or multi-brand campaign management . Basic familiarity with Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , or programmatic platforms is a bonus.
