Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi Experience: 1-3 Years Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, with a focus on lead generation, sales conversion, and remarketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management Plan, develop, and manage Meta ad campaigns for various business goals such as lead generation, sales, and remarketing. Align ad strategies with client objectives and audience insights. 2. Ad Creation & Optimization Design, test, and iterate on ad creatives including copy, visuals, and videos. Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc. 3. Remarketing Expertise Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage past visitors and leads. Implement dynamic ad formats for enhanced performance. 4. Lead Generation Execute ad strategies aimed at achieving monthly lead targets. Track and analyze lead quality and provide insights to sales and marketing teams. 5. Reporting & Analysis Generate clear performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Stay informed on the latest Meta Ads updates and industry trends. Key Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign management. Proficiency in lead generation, sales funnel design, and remarketing strategies. Strong skills in audience targeting based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. Expertise in budget management and ROI-focused ad planning. Competence in analyzing metrics using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Experience in conducting A/B tests for continuous campaign improvement. Ability to collaborate with content, design, and social media teams for consistent branding.
