Job Title: EHS Safety Officer Experience: 3–8 Years Location: Bangalore Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Safety (Mandatory) Certification: NEBOSH Certification (Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Safety Officer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining safety standards across site operations. Key Responsibilities: Organize and conduct regular HSE awareness campaigns and training programs. Ensure strict compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and statutory regulations . Monitor and record daily unsafe observations and track the compliance status of corrective actions. Develop and implement safety policies to promote a secure and healthy working environment. Enforce the guidelines of the Health and Safety Manual across the project site. Foster a proactive safety culture within the team and drive continuous improvement in safety standards. Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and incident investigations, providing necessary reports and recommendations.
