Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in IT project management, with 5+ years in manufacturing / MES domain.
Proven track record in leading MES or plant IT assessment / implementation projects.
Strong understanding of ISA-95/88, manufacturing processes, and shop-floor automation systems.
Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Dassault Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, Wonderware, PAS-X, etc.).
Experience integrating MES with ERP, LIMS, PLM, SCADA, or historians.
Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Excel.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
