Job Summary: We are looking for a talented SCADA Developer with expertise in Inductive Automation's Ignition platform and a strong interest in digital twin technologies and real-time dashboard development . Youll be instrumental in creating interactive SCADA solutions and digital replicas of physical assets, enabling smarter operations, predictive maintenance, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop SCADA applications using Ignition , including HMI/SCADA systems, alarms, and historical trending. Build dynamic, real-time dashboards that visualize KPIs, operational metrics, and machine performance using Ignition Perspective. Develop and maintain digital twins of production lines, machines, or entire facilities—leveraging live sensor data, control system integration, and historical analytics. Integrate SCADA systems with data historians , MES platforms, and IoT devices via OPC UA , MQTT , REST APIs , and other industrial protocols. Script within Ignition (Python, Expression Language) to enable intelligent behaviors, calculations, and interactions within dashboards and digital twins.
