Role Description

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai location. The role includes designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and maintainable code, ensuring web application performance, and debugging complex issues. The role also focuses on integrating front-end features with robust back-end logic and maintaining modern development best practices to deliver optimal client solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js for full-stack web development
Strong understanding of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with RESTful API development
Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization practices, including JWT and OAuth
Familiarity with database design, schema creation, and knowledge of NoSQL databases
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborating within an agile development environment
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of both front-end and back-end applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
