Open Position: Mern Stack Developer

Required Experience: 2-4 years

Qualification: ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Work mode: Work from office only

Work Location: Mohali

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack components.
• ⁠Implement RESTful APIs and integrate external services.
• ⁠Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• ⁠ ⁠Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• ⁠Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve application functionality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• ⁠2–4 years of professional experience working with the MERN stack.
• ⁠Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ⁠Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building server-side applications and APIs.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• ⁠Solid React.js skills, including state management (Redux or similar) and component-driven architecture.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows (CI/CD, Agile).
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technologies

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• ⁠Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• ⁠Knowledge of GraphQL or Next.js.
• ⁠Exposure to performance testing, security best practices, and continuous integration tools.
