Job Title: Office Driver Location: Mohali Organization Name: Designing Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company staff, documents, and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of city routes, basic vehicle maintenance, and a commitment to punctuality and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport office staff, guests, and executives to and from destinations as assigned. Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other items to various locations in a timely manner. Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly. Monitor and report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and mileage. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist with loading and unloading office supplies or equipment as required. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling company-related matters. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (preferably in an office or corporate setting). Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if necessary. Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
