Open Position: Business Development Executive/ Bidder / BDE Experience : 2 to 3 Years Location : Bestech Business Towers Mohali Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with knowledge of Upwork to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels, including Upwork Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in online bidding/sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment Proficient in MS Office suite Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions Interested candidate can share CV at hr(at the rate)designingsolutions.co.in Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
