Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, railway stations, tourist locations, and other assigned destinations.
Pick up and drop hotel staff, documents, or supplies as instructed by management.
Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while following assigned schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times (interior & exterior).
Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres) and report any issues immediately.
Follow all traffic rules, hotel policies, and safety regulations strictly.
Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain a logbook for vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
Coordinate with front office and transport desk for guest movement schedules.
Ensure all vehicle documents are valid (RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate).
Handle guest queries courteously and represent the hotel positively at all times.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
Be available for shifts, night duties, or emergency trips as required.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

Valid Driving License (LMV / Transport).
Good knowledge of local routes and tourist locations.
Basic communication skills (English/Tamil preferred).
Polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented attitude.
Prior hotel or hospitality driving experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
