Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage assigned posts and daily security duties.Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.Conduct routine patrolling and surveillance monitoring.Operate CCTV and security control systems.Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents promptly.Report daily activities and incidents to the ASO/Security Head.Prevent unauthorized access, property damage, and safety violations.Support emergency response drills and fire safety operations.Maintain high alertness and discipline at all times.Candidate RequirementsEx-Army / Ex-Defense background strongly preferred.Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Physically fit and able to handle security responsibilities.Experience in corporate, mall, hotel, or industrial security is an advantage.
