MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a dynamic MERN Stack Developer proficient in React.js and Node.js, with hands-on experience in Microservices architecture, WebSocket-based real-time systems, and AI/ML integrations.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the design and development of scalable web solutions that leverage AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Build scalable microservices for modular and efficient backend architecture.
• Implement real-time functionalities (e.g., notifications, chats, live dashboards) using WebSocket / Socket.IO.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs and models (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow.js, or custom ML services) to enhance product features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including designers, AI engineers, and DevOps — to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all layers.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following modern best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in web development and AI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1.5–2.5 years of strong experience in React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Solid understanding of Microservices and REST API architecture.
• Experience implementing WebSocket / Socket.IO for real-time communication.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration (e.g., using AI APIs, NLP, or recommendation engines).
• Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, and Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with deployment tools (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, or similar).
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or Redux Toolkit.
• Experience with Python AI APIs, TensorFlow.js, or OpenAI SDKs.
• Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
