Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with experience in cloud deployment, API design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js. • Build, optimize, and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end, back end, and third-party services.

• Manage MySQL and MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3) and other cloud platforms.

• Implement Docker and NGINX for containerization, deployment, and load balancing.

• Collaborate with designers, QA, and R&D teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve both front-end and back-end issues.

• Ensure application security using OAuth and JWT for authentication and authorization.

• Optimize performance and scalability across the full technology stack.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Experience with MySQL database design and integration.

• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3), Docker, and NGINX.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and API testing tools (Postman).

• Strong understanding of REST API design, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience in implementing security protocols using OAuth and JWT.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to blockchain and AI-driven application development.

• Knowledge of Node.js internals (Libuv, V8 engine, event loop).

• Familiarity with Redux or Context API for state management.

• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).

• Performance optimization and scaling of full-stack applications.
