MERN Full Stack (React - Node.js)

About The Job

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build efficient, reusable front-end and back-end components for seamless performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, mobile teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern coding standards.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage databases using MongoDB and handle cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, or similar).
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development cycles.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-5 years of proven experience in Full Stack Web Development using the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with API design, state management (Redux, Context API), and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Good understanding of database design, schema modeling, and RESTful architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
