Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the M&A strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition, merger and partnership targets.
  • Evaluate and assess potential targets financial performance, synergy potential and cultural fit.
  • Lead due-diligence efforts across financial, legal, operational and commercial dimensions.
  • Perform valuation modelling and financial analysis to determine deal feasibility and value.
  • Develop deal structures, negotiate key terms and conditions, and work with legal/finance stakeholders to draft and review agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry best practices for M&A transactions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external advisors (e.g., investment bankers, legal firms) throughout transaction lifecycle.
  • Lead the integration of acquired entities: manage transition processes, realise synergies, and monitor post-merger performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and outcomes of M&A activities.
