✅ Embroidery Issuance & Tracking Issues embroidery work to karigars as per dashboard/system orders. Ensures all embroidery work has a pre-approved rate before issuing PO. Maintains an updated embroidery inventory at all times. ✅ Quality Control & Order Receiving Conducts QC check before receiving embroidery from vendors. Sends back defective embroidery for rework before final acceptance. Ensures Data Entry Operator updates IMS once embroidery is approved. ✅ PO Management & Data Coordination Ensures all embroidery POs are created by the Data Entry Operator. Cross-verifies PO details, pricing, and quantities before issuing orders. Tracks pending POs and follow-ups with karigars to ensure timely completion. ✅ Stitching Preparation & Order Handover Organizes embroideries into full design sets before sending for stitching. Ensures all pieces for a design are complete and ready for stitching. Hands over completed sets to Stitching Assistant with all necessary details. ✅ Vendor Management & Negotiation Builds and maintains strong relationships with karigars and vendors. Negotiates rates to ensure cost-effective embroidery production. Ensures timely completion of embroidery orders by setting clear deadlines. ✅ Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepares weekly reports on embroidery production, QC rejections, and pending orders. Flags any delays or price discrepancies to the Director. Maintains accurate embroidery movement records to prevent material wastage or loss.
