Job Title: Merchandiser – Hardgoods (Export)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for buyers – handle daily communication, product queries & order updates.

Manage sampling – from development to timely dispatch & buyer approvals.

Monitor production closely – ensure quality, timelines, and buyer specifications are met.

Coordinate with design, QC, packaging & logistics teams for smooth execution.

Ensure quality control as per AQL / buyer standards and manage 3rd-party inspections.

Maintain trackers for samples, orders, quality checks, and shipments.

Share regular status reports internally and with buyers.What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3–6 years' experience in hardgoods exports (glass, metal, wood, ceramics)

✅ Strong communication skills – written & verbal

✅ Hands-on with production follow-up, quality monitoring & documentation

✅ Good with Excel & reporting tools

• ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented & deadline-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,407.75 - ₹41,011.46 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)
