Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Ahmedabad. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their needs, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing displays, analyzing market trends, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to the optimization of sales strategies in retail and commercial settings. The candidate will work as part of a collaborative team to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to support and execute operational strategies.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using merchandising tools and analyzing market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Prior merchandising experience is an advantage.
