Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and optimizing retail space to increase sales. The daily tasks also include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing sales data, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining a visually appealing store environment to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors in Fashion Management/Fashion Technology from NIFT (Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata any)
• Sales and Retail experience
• Understanding of Marketing principles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in merchandising or a related field is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
