Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a merchandiser at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the garment manufacturing process, with a specific focus on Women's and Kid's wear. Your expertise in Product Development and Production stages will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of these processes. It is mandatory to have Export house experience, and your excellent written and oral communication skills will be vital for effective communication with buyers and coordination with various departments. A deep understanding of different fabrics, especially woven, and proficiency in Design, Product Costing, TNA, Merchandising Processes, and factory coordination are essential. Being able to handle the pressure of making critical decisions and meeting tight deadlines will be part of your daily routine. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with buyers and obtain necessary approvals for various aspects such as gpt, fpt, print, embroidery, trims, lab dip, etc. - Coordinate effectively with the Fabric and Trims department to ensure smooth production processes. - Handle the pressure of important decision-making and meeting tight deadlines. Qualification Required: - Experience working with Europe, the U.K., & USA markets is a must. - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred. - Proven track record of experience in garment merchandising, production management, or related roles within the fashion industry. - Strong understanding of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,
