Job Title: Operations Manager Last Mile Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager – Last Mile to oversee the final phase of interior project execution, including delivery, installation, and handover. Conduct artwork checking, document preparation, FDCA applications, OOS investigations, and factory coordination. Review documents such as BMR/BPR/SOPs/protocols for quality control purposes. Document all technical issues and solutions provided to factories, ensuring customer approval before implementation. Plan and conduct visits to factories during sampling and production phases for meetings and technical support. Approve First Bulk Approval (FBA) and packing in alignment with customer requirements. Verify fabric and garment package tests (FPT and GPT), ensuring corrective actions like shrinkage allowances are addressed. Coordinate daily with Quality Engineers (QEs) to resolve technical issues at factory level. Prepare and submit weekly reports to the HOD on factory visits, issues identified, and solutions provided.
