Abhita fashion’s vertical “Medielite” is leading medical garment brand and has a vision of starting sustainable women’s fashion brand. Role Overview: We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design, production, and sales, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and timely execution of collections. You’ll play a key role in translating creative concepts into well-executed products that reflect our brand philosophy. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for collection execution. • Manage vendor communication, fabric sourcing, and trim approvals. • Monitor production timelines, quality checks, and delivery schedules. • Maintain purchase orders, inventory updates, and costing sheets. • Support product development from prototype to final output. • Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials meet brand standards. • Prepare reports on stock movement, order tracking, and delivery timelines. • Assist in visual merchandising and presentation for buyers or exhibitions when required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising (experience in workwear, uniforms, or functional fashion preferred). • Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools. • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic creative environment.
