We have a requirement for Merchandiser for Isha life. The work location is Madhampatti. Please find below the Job description:

• Vendor Management & Development -Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries. Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.
• Procurement & PlanningForecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teamsIssue purchase orders and track delivery schedules
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delaysQuality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications. Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Skills /Competencies Required:

• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Knowledge of packaging materials and production processes
• Attention to detail, with strong planning and coordination abilities
• Proficient with computers and ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
