Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser
Location: Noida(on-site)
Experience: 0-2 years in fashion/apparel merchandising

Key Responsibilities:
* Range Planning: Develop seasonal product plans with design and production teams; balance creativity with commercial goals; define pricing and SKU strategies.
* Sales Coordination: Manage buyer communications, prepare line sheets and costing, and support wholesale/trade events.
* Market Analysis: Track trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform product strategy.
* Inventory Management: Monitor sell-through across channels; suggest reorders and markdowns.
* Production Oversight: Coordinate with production for timely, quality deliveries within budget.
Key Skills:
* Strong aesthetic & commercial sense
* Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
* Effective communication & planning
* Understanding of international retail (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Fashion, Business, or related field
* Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands
* Exposure to fashion weeks or buyer meetings is a plus
