Merchandiser- Fashion Industry

You have an exciting opportunity to join our fashion team as a Merchandiser in Jaipur. As a dynamic and experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, you will be responsible for driving sales through strategic product planning, inventory management, and staying aligned with consumer preferences and market demand. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing merchandising strategies to enhance brand positioning, conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences, sourcing fabrics and materials, managing product assortment and pricing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring sales performance, overseeing visual merchandising, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring product quality and brand aesthetics. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, strong knowledge of fabrics and fashion supply chains, excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and merchandising software, analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a passion for fashion. Preferred qualifications include experience in apparel, footwear, or accessories merchandising, exposure to e-commerce platforms, and familiarity with sustainability practices.
