Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Chennai. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with clients and production teams, managing purchasing orders and inventory, analysing trends, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Maintaining excellent customer service and communication throughout the production and delivery lifecycle is a very important task.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and address inquiries
• Excellent organisational, time management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software like Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in leather or apparel merchandising is an added advantage
