Role Overview: As a Merchandising, Buying & Planning Coordinator at Da Milano, your main responsibility will be to ensure the availability of the right product at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price to meet customer demand and maximize profitability. This involves assessing market trends, understanding customer behavior, setting objectives, creating strategies, and monitoring performance to optimize inventory and pricing. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with the Sales Team, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate end-to-end efforts to optimize inventory and pricing for maximizing profitability - Maintain strong communication with the Sales Team, suppliers, and internal teams - Manage stock levels, product placement, distribution, and liquidation - Stay up to date with industry trends and market demands - Analyze sales figures regularly to achieve sell-through - Allocate, replenish, consolidate, and manage store requirements - Generate various reports such as stock & sale, target vs sales report, and sell-thru reports - Coordinate with the Ops Team to collect product and category feedback - Identify top and bottom selling styles/categories - Monitor category performance - Conduct store visits and competition studies Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively - Proficiency in MS-Office - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently About Da Milano: Da Milano is an innovative, modern, and luxury brand dedicated to providing opulent style from the House of great craftsmanship and genuine leather.
