Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Brand Ambassador located in Delhi, India. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, providing excellent customer service, and exemplifying the brand's values. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, promoting products, delivering detailed product information, and assisting with in-store presentations. The role also involves maintaining store aesthetics and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. Diversity / Female candidates will be preferred. Qualifications Ability to strike engaging conversations Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness / Customer Service expertise Ability to maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with clients Familiarity with retail environments is a plus High level of fashion sense, pleasant personality and product knowledge Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Incumbents in these roles will form pipeline to the Store Manager & above roles and hence shall be trained, groomed and guided accordingly.
