MEP Site Engineer

As an MEP Site Engineer, with 2-3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be supervising and managing plumbing projects from initiation to completion. It is crucial to ensure strict compliance with project plans and specifications. You will be required to communicate project updates and milestones effectively to the project manager and key stakeholders. Your qualifications should include a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable university. Moreover, having 1-2 years of experience in plumbing work is desirable for this role. Your role will involve various functional skills such as coordinating with stakeholders including clients, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, project managers, and other internal departments. You will be responsible for preparing and understanding Bill of Quantity (BOQ), documentation tasks, and project execution. Additionally, interdepartmental collaboration is essential for effective project management. In terms of technical competencies, proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and making necessary changes, along with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting, is required. Understanding industry standards related to MEP design and staying updated on technological advancements is crucial.
