Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing systems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, managing vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with teams, and preparing technical reports. The role requires hands-on involvement and leadership throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and task prioritization.
• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and project execution.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, including stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• In-depth understanding of safety, quality standards, and compliance regulations in the MEP space.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with preference given to candidates with experience in MEP or construction projects.
• Professional certifications related to project management or MEP engineering are advantageous.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
